Este documento descreve o problema típico que ocorre quando os túneis IPSec baseados em IKE (Internet Key Exchange, Intercâmbio de chave de Internet) site a site (ou também comumente chamados de LAN a LAN) são sincronizados em cada atualização de modelo de dispositivo em um controlador vManage, explica as causas básicas e fornece uma solução para o problema.
O túnel IPSec baseado em IKE oscila sempre que o modelo do dispositivo é atualizado no vManage. As alterações não podem estar relacionadas ao túnel IPSec de site para site baseado em IKE, mas fazem com que o túnel bata. O problema pode expor ainda mais mal se, por exemplo, o peering eBGP é executado sobre o túnel IPSec. Devido ao rastreamento da interface do eBGP, o vizinho também oscila e, como consequência, todas as rotas são retiradas e reinstaladas novamente. Isso causa interrupção para o tráfego por sua vez. Por exemplo, essa é a única alteração feita no modelo como confirmada pela visualização da configuração como mostrado na imagem.

Apesar do fato de que apenas a descrição da interface é alterada no modelo, a chave da interface ipsec1 também foi atualizada por algum motivo.
1. Em primeiro lugar, não é possível atualmente evitar tal problema se o modelo de dispositivo vManage baseado em Modelos de recurso for usado. Os modelos de recursos do vManage usam senha em texto claro e, devido à natureza do hash tipo 8, são regenerados sempre que qualquer alteração é feita no modelo, portanto, é necessário alternar para modelos CLI com versões de software atuais. O hash tipo 8 é um texto cifrado começando com símbolos $8$.

2. Se os modelos de dispositivo baseados em CLI forem usados, o problema pode ser evitado se o hash tipo 8 for especificado na configuração do dispositivo em vez da senha em texto claro. Além disso, a configuração Gerenciar senha criptografada nas configurações do vManage deve ser definida como Ativada para evitar a recalcular senhas criptografadas tipo 8. Isso pode ser encontrado em Administration >Settings.
Depois de aplicado, você pode enviar o modelo novamente. Isso faz com que o túnel bata pela última vez porque ele precisa ser atualizado pela última vez depois disso e sincronizar o vManage e o dispositivo.
