Ce document décrit comment dépanner EVPN VXLANv6 sur les commutateurs de la gamme Catalyst 9000.

L'extension qui permet au BGP de transporter les informations MAC de couche 2 et IP de couche 3 est EVPN et utilise le protocole MP-BGP (Multi-Protocol Border Gateway Protocol) comme protocole pour distribuer les informations d'accessibilité qui appartiennent au réseau de superposition VXLAN.

Réseau local (LAN) virtuel extensible |
VXLAN est conçu pour surmonter les limitations inhérentes aux VLAN et au STP. Il s’agit d’une norme IETF proposée [RFC 7348] qui fournit les mêmes services réseau Ethernet de couche 2 que les VLAN, mais avec une plus grande flexibilité. Fonctionnellement, il s’agit d’un protocole d’encapsulation MAC-in-UDP qui s’exécute en tant que superposition virtuelle sur un réseau sous-jacent de couche 3. |

Vérification (Greenfield ou double pile)
Avant d'effectuer un dépannage par flux de trafic, les informations de niveau topologique EVPN VXLANv6 doivent d'abord être vérifiées pour garantir un fonctionnement correct. Cette section présente les commandes de vérification pour les deux déploiements. Choisissez les commandes de vérification applicables en fonction de votre déploiement.
Connectivité sous-jacente
Vérifier la connectivité sous-jacente IPv6 entre les VTEP et les spines (pour le VXLANv6 de Greenfield, il suffit de vérifier la connectivité sous-jacente IPv6).

Remarque : Remarque : dans le cas de routes IMET à double tronçon, l'attribut de tunnel PMSI dans la route importée EVI a son adresse de tronçon suivant principale comme identificateur de tunnel. Le protocole BGP le remplace par l'adresse de tronçon suivant secondaire de l'attribut Tunnel encap si la préférence locale est celle de la famille d'adresses de tronçon suivant tunnel encap. Dans cet exemple, bien que BGP affiche Tunnel Endpoint comme 10.2.2.2, lors de l'installation dans L2RIB, il remplace par 2001:DB8:2::2. Cela est fait parce que BGP ne modifie pas l'entrée d'attribut dans la table d'attributs.

Transfert EVPN entre le noeud terminal et le routeur VPN MPLS
Cette section s'applique à la fois au transfert L3VPN et au transfert Multi VRF (VRF Lite/PE-CE)
Vérifiez le préfixe IP sur le routeur VPN distant (R1) annoncé à la périphérie (vtep3) dans le fabric EVPN
- Le noeud VPN R1 a une sous-couche MPLS, il s’agit d’une pile unique. Le noeud de périphérie Leaf3 et le reste du fabric EVPN peuvent être en mode pile simple ou pile double,
Vérifiez ces éléments en cas de problème de trafic avec EVPN Route-type 5 (RT5) :
Étape 1. Confirmer que la route RT5 figure dans la table globale EVPN
Étape 2. Vérifiez que la route est importée dans VRF
- Le RT d'importation doit être configuré pour le VRF.
- Couture de route-cible (RT) pour un scénario de transfert sur border-leaf/border-spine
- Assurez-vous que la configuration EVPN BGP « advertise l2vpn evpn » est présente dans le vrf de la famille d'adresses
- Assurez-vous que la configuration d'importation correcte est effectuée sur le transfert L2VPN de la famille d'adresses et sur le transfert L3VPN d'erreur VPNV4/VPNV6 (sur le noeud périphérique), comme indiqué ici :

Étape 4. Vérifiez que Remote Nexthop (RNH) est installé pour le VRF.
- RNH assure la contiguïté pour la route installée dans le RIB.
- BGP installe la route RT5 dans la table VPN BGP, qui est ensuite installée dans la table IP VRF correspondante.
- La contiguïté du tronçon suivant installé est assurée par les paramètres du VTEP distant (tels que RMAC, eVNI et RTEP). RTEP serait identique à l’adresse de tronçon suivant de la route.
- Le protocole BGP installe directement le RNH dans L3-EVPN/NVE.
Lorsque RNH n'est pas correct, l'entrée CEF pour les routes aurait une contiguïté incomplète.
- Dans un scénario à double pile, vous devez vérifier si le tronçon suivant pour la route et le RNH RTEP (point d'extrémité de tunnel distant) sont identiques.
Lorsqu’une route n’est pas installée ou qu’une route installée présente une contiguïté incomplète, vérifiez les paramètres RNH et établissez une corrélation avec la configuration du noeud local et la valeur des paramètres de la route.
