How to Access Cisco Vision Director
Software Release: 3.0 and Later Releases
■You can use an Apple Mac or Microsoft Windows PC or laptop using a supported browser to access Cisco Vision Director.

■If you leave a session idle for 30 minutes it will timeout.
To access Cisco Vision Director:
1. Using a supported browser version, open a browser window and type the URL for the Cisco Vision Director server in the following sample format, where ip-address is the IPv4 address of the Cisco Vision Director server:
2. Log into Cisco Vision Director with your account information. Type the account Username and Password in the corresponding boxes and click Log In.
3. If this is the first time that you are logging in, or your administrator has configured a request for reset, you may be asked to change your password. Type your current password in the first box, and then type your new password in the next two boxes for confirmation of syntax. Click Save.
4. From the Main Menu, click the icon to go to a specific application area.
If you are using legacy flash applications, a new window opens displaying the software area that you selected.
If you are using newer or HTML applications, no window opens.
