The objective of this article is to show you how to factory reset all access points simultaneously in your Cisco Business Wireless (CBW) network.
In CBW firmware version 10.8.1.0, it is now possible to factory reset all access points (APs) and mesh extenders (ME) simultaneously using the web user interface (UI).
The factory default reset erases all configuration settings that have been modified and restores the device to its original settings. For more information on resetting a CBW AP, check out Reset a CBW AP back to Factory Default Settings.
Login to your Primary CBW AP.
Navigate to Advanced > Primary AP Tools.
Select the Configuration Management tab.
Click on Factory Default All APs button to reset all APs and MEs in the network.
Factory Default Primary AP option will reset only the Primary AP.
It is as simple as that! You have successfully reset all CBW APs and MEs in your network to factory default setting.
