With regular charging, type-A and type-C support a maximum current of 0.5A, and USB quick charging supports a maximum current of 2.1A.
If the power required by the powered device is greater than 0.5A and 2.1A, the phone will turn off the USB port to protect itself and prohibit the powered device from charging. It will also display a prompt on the LCD to unplug the powered device. Click OK to open the port.
