The information in this document was created from the devices in a specific lab environment. All of the devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is live, ensure that you understand the potential impact of any command.

Background Information

The licensing information for a given Secure Cloud Analytics portal is not available at the Smart Software Manager portal, unlike the enterprise version Secure Network Analytics. Instead, this information is found at Cisco Commerce.

Search for the subscription at Cisco Commerce page

The Cisco Commerce web page contains information regarding a subscription and its associated offers or products, among other things. At this page, select "Subscriptions and Services" as displayed in the image:

Use the Search bar, filtered by Subscription ID or Purchase Order, to locate the subscription that contains the Secure Cloud Analytics offer. Depending on the filter used, the search results resemble the image:

Once the Subscription has been located, click on the blue text for the Subscription ID. This opens the Secure Cloud Analytics subscription overview screen, like the image:
