Problem Description

Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) might not display some or all of the endpoint details in the Context Visibility dashboard of the web user interface.

Background

ISE is unable to render some or all endpoints because of an out of memory exception error when it processes a high volume of data.

Problem Symptom

Some or all of the endpoint details might not be displayed in the Context Visibility dashboard.

Workaround/Solution

In order to fix this problem, upgrade to these software versions:

  • ISE 2.1 Patch 6 or later
  • ISE 2.2 Patch 4 or later
  • ISE 2.3 Patch 1 or later
