After an upgrade to Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) 11.5 from version 10.x or 9.x, no stock reports appear in the Chat, Email, Inbound, and Outbound folders in the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) web application.
In CUIC, when you navigate to Reports > Stock > Unified CCX Historical, the folders for Chat, Email, Inbound, and Outbound reports contain no reports.
No reports appear in the Chat, Email, Inbound, or Outbound folders after an upgrade to UCCX 11.5 from UCCX 10.x or UCCX 9.x.
