Catalyst 2960X/XR switches and Catalyst 6800IA/FEX as listed in the Products Affected section might exhibit any of these errors when you insert a stack module with stack cable:
Catalyst 2960X/6800IA platforms with GLC-T or selected SFPs plugged into uplink ports are affected and this issue might also occasionally appear without SFP/GLC-T.
This issue is seen in the previously mentioned Catalyst 2960X/2960XR platforms that run software earlier than version 15.2(2)E4 and 6800IA platform that run software earlier than version 15.1(2)SY5.
