To that end, here you will find policies and documents that may be applicable during your business partnership with Cisco, including those documents and policies referenced and incorporated in your direct purchase agreement with Cisco and Cisco’s standard terms and conditions of purchase.
If you do not already have a written purchase agreement with Cisco, the attached terms and conditions will apply to product you provide in response to a Cisco purchase order.
Cisco’s component suppliers participate in Cisco’s supply chain model, currently Cisco’s Global Hub. To participate in Global Hub, a Lean VMI Agreement is signed with one or more Cisco manufacturing partner and a Warehouse Services Agreement is signed with a Cisco hubbing services partner.
If you provide product to Cisco and its manufacturing partners for inclusion in Cisco products, the corresponding product quality and support documents are incorporated in your purchase agreement with Cisco.
If you provide product to Cisco and its manufacturing partners for inclusion in Cisco products, the environmental policies and requirements set forth in the corresponding documents may be applicable to your product and, if so, are incorporated in your purchase agreement with Cisco.
Cisco’s supply chain security requirements are described in the document below and are incorporated in your purchase agreement with Cisco.
If you provide software or firmware to Cisco, including software or firmware embedded in your product, Cisco’s Open Source Guidelines will apply and are incorporated in your purchase agreement with Cisco.
Additional compliance policies are described in the documents below and incorporated in your purchase agreement with Cisco.
If you provide product to the federal government as a supplier or subcontractor, the following regulations will apply and are incorporated in your purchase agreement with Cisco.
If you and Cisco mutually agree that design and other manufacturing information and materials related to your product will be deposited in an escrow account, you will sign a Manufacturing Escrow Agreement with Cisco and Cisco’s current escrow agent.
If you do not already have a written development and license agreement with Cisco, the attached terms and conditions will apply to development services you perform for, or jointly with, Cisco.
